Soroptimist International of Madera sponsors the:
Dream It, Be It Career Support for Girls Conference which is a one-day conference for high school age girls. We explore careers, college and how to better manage the stresses that girls commonly experience in their high school years. The dare for the 2022-2023 conference will be posted in the fall of 2022.
We also participate in the Live Your Dream Award for women who are classified as Head of household and are enrolled in a college or vocational education school. We offer five $1,000 awards. The application portal is now open for the 2022 Live Your Dream Awards.’ The link is below. The portal will remain open until November 15, 2022.
